Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of any special order, Limited Edition, personalized or preorder items.

Refunds

A marquise-cut ruby sits at the heart of an open, wrapping design — two gold bands spiral around the finger like a coiled ribbon, meeting the ruby at its widest point rather than framing it in a traditional bezel or prong setting.
