We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your Ezeia piece will be securely shipped through FedEx or Ferrari, ensuring it arrives safely and promptly.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of any special order, Limited Edition, personalized or preorder items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (it will not be approved in case of verification of any usage).
